National Sales Manager - Home Loan business - In Top Dotcom Company of Real estate/Property

Job Role

- Enhancement of Home Loan business.

- Handling 250+ team size of Sales executives, TLs, ZMs & Tell caller set up & Providing HL leads to tied up banks

- Establishing standards and delivery of service

- Regulatory Compliance

- Manage productivity and overall morale of team members

- Overall responsible for break-even and P&L of the branch.

Job Requirements :

- Overall 8 - 15 years of Banking/BFSI/Dotcom/Home Loan business experience.

- Must have had Sales experience and exposure, preferably of asset product Home Loans in Metro cities.

- Good Leadership skills (though more tactical than strategic)

- Thinker : Doer - 40:60

- In-depth understanding of financial instruments, markets and macro micro economic processes

- Ability to carry along all the units involved in the customer service cycle to ensure customer Delight

- Liaising with the product management team, marketing and other centers & verticals for new product development, service enhancements and sales initiatives.

Min exp - 8 to 15 yrs

Age - 40 to 45 yrs Max

Level - AVP/VP
