- It has a diversified, multi-channel business model and derives revenue from product sales through company-owned retail stores, domestic and international franchise activities, third party contract manufacturing, ecommerce and corporate partnerships. Its broad and deep product mix, which is focused on premium, value-added nutritional products, is sold under a proprietary brand. It has more than 8,800 locations, of which more than 6,500 retail locations are in the United States (including 1,063 franchise and 2,258 Rite Aid franchise store-within-a-store locations) and franchise operations in more than 50 countries (including distribution centers where retail sales are made).

- The franchise for the territory of India is exclusively held by a chain of premium pharmacies in the Delhi / NCR region, has recently been bought (majority control) by a leading Name. They recently picked up a majority stake in it, with around 50+ stores across Delhi and NCR region. - Should have rich executional exposure in Sales & Distribution.

- Hands on experience in managing & leading sales functions, achieving sales & revenue targets, MT, GT, Key accounts etc.

- Self-driven, with high level of commitment to achieve results

- A keen planner & strategist in managing business operations with focus on topline & bottom-line performance and expertise in determining company's mission & strategic direction as conveyed through policies & corporate objectives.

Job Responsibilities :

- Opportunity to build a SIS/Retail based Sales Network from scratch

- Devising short term and long term Sales strategy & goals for achieving top line and bottom line profitability


- Formulation and implementation of national distribution strategy, including setting up channel / distribution networks, achieving channel revenue and profitability norms.


- Build distribution network, identify key partners, ensure partner success alongside business growth


- Design and implement schemes & offers distribution channel and consumers; budget management


- Build a hungry, nimble and Sales team across the country; Developing strong business relationships with customers

- Should have rich executional exposure in Sales & Distribution and excellent Commercial acumen. Self-driven, with high level of commitment to achieve results. Ability to motivate and manage people

- Experience in managing large accounts and territories as well as finding and converting prospects to customers.

- Proficiency in devising marketing/ distribution activities for ameliorating revenue growth. Responsible for distribution network designing, sales & marketing objectives and rolling out schemes & offers for the distribution channel and consumers

- Accountable for setting up robust distribution, channel networks and management, create distribution platform & channel for upcoming products, focus on revenue growth along with systems and process integration. New product lines in S&D with geographical presence. Designing, forecast and implement strategic & budgeting plans in cost & time efficient manner

- Actively involved in business planning & implementing various systems for assessment of revenue potential in business opportunities

- Developing strong business relationships with customers; experience in managing large accounts and territories as well as finding and converting prospects to customers.
