- We seek a veteran who will provide strategic vision and tactical direction for the company's sales & Business development - In depth knowledge & experience in the cookware, Kitchen utensils industry, lead all aspects of and direct the responsibilities of the sales team across different geographies - Proven track record in Direct Sales / Distribution / Retail Sales / Channel Management. - Proficient in handling different channels viz General trade, Modern trade, e-commerce etc., - Plan and implement sales promotional activities as a part of brand building and market development effort. - Effectively lead the team of Zonal Managers / Area Managers / executives and manage the performance PAN India. - Establish and foster partnerships and relationships with key customers both externally and internally - Work collaboratively across teams ; including Engineering, Product and Marketing. Skills and Qualifications: - 10+ years of relevant sales experience in leadership role in Cookware, Kitchen utensils - Possess extensive knowledge of sales principles and practices, and an ability to coach others on them. - Strong analytical and quantitative skills; ability to use complex data and metrics to back up assumptions, and recommendations, and drive actions. - Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams. - Strength in problem-solving, issue-resolution, ability to work in a deadline-driven work environment, attention to detail, and ability to multitask. - Strong leadership and team-building skills.
