Job Description :
a) Strategise, develop, plan, implement and monitor the sales and business development effort to develop sustainable relationships with 500 leading schools pan India in the next 3-5 years
b) Develop and build strong relationships with key decision makers and influencers in the targeted schools
c) Target revenue of 500 crores through B2B relationships with 500 schools in 3-5 years
d) Accountable for distribution - optimising warehousing and logistics to ensure customer satisfaction in conjunction with inventory and cost management
The Person :
(Candidate Details) : Education and Experience
a) MBA
b) 15+ years in B2B / institutional selling space
c) Should have managed at least 2 regions and a geographically spread sales team
d) Should have managed a business turnover of over 100 cr
