Scope: Manage All India business expansion, Sales, and payment collection
What he will do:
- Growth and New Business Development through partnering with Retailers
- Lead new business opportunity within existing relationships by recognizing opportunity for incremental growth.
- Partner with COO to develop operational plans to achieve targets and deliver best in class solutions, leading to growth opportunity.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Identify the market potential and Appoint key retailers across the country
- Create and deliver vital sales strategic plans to achieve sales target and expand retailer base
- Own and exceed annual sales targets year on year. Consistently drive greater sales resulting from the greater market share
- Build and maintain a strong relationship with retailers and dealers
- Collaborate with retailers and dealers to understand their requirements and present a customized sales solution.
- Collaborate with product development team in creating new product range based on market demand
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders for formulating aggressive sales strategies and supporting the marketing initiatives
- Analyze pattern in consumer and market behavior and subsequently define data driven action strategies to consistently optimize the commercial performance of the business
- Analyze sales performance for the purpose of reporting sales strategy successes, weaknesses, and opportunities to the management
- Monitor the brands and make forecasts identifying new trends ahead of the curve, hence offering the business a competitive advantage and keeping it ahead of its competition in the market
- Persistently follow-up with clients for payments
- Ensure that innovative marketing and incentive are strengthened to further the sales and other business objectives
- Build, scale and manage team of sales, marketing and CRM personnel
