National Head - Project Sales - Building Materials Firm (18-25 yrs)
Position: National-Head Project Sales (Leading Building Materials Company)
Role:
- Responsible to Lead the team to achieve the sales targets for the Project Sales Business of the Company
- Lead and develop a professional Pan-India Project sales team to meet or exceed specific goals for profitable revenue growth
- Get the Company established as the solution provider with all the influencers like Architects, Builders, Developers, Large Key Accounts, Specifiers, and Govt. Institutions.
- Build up relationship through technical knowledge and solution oriented support with key decision makers
- Liasioning with the customer on various issues related to the concerned projects/assignments.
- Track new infrastructure developments in respective territory and develop a database to aid the achievement of sales targets.
- Identifying and driving business development activities for growth in new products, segments and applications.
- Interact closely with the technical / marketing team to push selective systems / Products into specification.
- Market intelligence and competitor analysis on an ongoing basis.
Requirements:
- B.Tech (Chemical/Civil)
- 20 yrs of overall experience, with extensive experience in Project Sales in the Building Materials Segment, especially in waterproofing solutions/flooring solutions etc.
- Should have experience in playing a National Head role in Project Sales, with at least 5 yrs in a leadership role
- Should have excellent administration and selling skills
- Good Communication and team management skills and experience
