National Head - Operations - Hospitality/Senior Living Facility

National Head - Services for a senior living facilities organisation based in Bangalore.

- 15+ years experience with global hospitality brands in operational leadership.

- Must have a passion to work with seniors.

- 3+ years of P&L responsibility.

- Responsible for operating objectives of multiple long-term care, active living and assisted living facilities within the Country.

- Responsible to ensure running and managing these top-notch lifestyle facilities including F&B, Housekeeping, Common Area Maintenance and all other allied services etc.

- Responsible for leading the day-to-day operations of the communities, including service provision, licensure compliance, clinical requirements.

- Lead the organization with assessing, planning, developing, and implementing systems, processes and other needs.

- Master's degree in Business or hospitality administration

- Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality field is mandatory

- 15+ years of progressive hospitality & operational leadership experience required in global luxury hospitality brands

- At least 3+ years of experience in P&L responsibility

- Must have handled multiple projects
