National Head - Modern Trade - FMCG (8-10 yrs)
- Graduates with Diploma / MBA in Sales & Marketing
- Minimum 2 - 3 Years of experience in the West or South Region in Regional Profile
- Thorough knowledge of and Strong Relationship with National and Regional MT Chains
- Good Communication Skills / Written and Spoken English

- Market Working To identify and tie up with key MT chains across India
- Develop the vertical at Pan India Level
- To ensure Availability & Visibility in the Accounts
- Ensure Merchandising / Planogram implementation in all MT Accounts
- Identify & Solve Problems in the Accounts / Stores
- Explore and manage discounting structure, tie-ups, Promotions & customer loyalty building initiatives in Accounts
- Building relationship with Key HO/ Regional/ Store personnel of accounts
- Promoter / Merchandiser Management - Discipline/ Targets / Placement / Incentives / Reporting
S.no Functional area Tasks :
- Sales Planning & Excellence Achieve Sales volume, Value targets & Bottom -line for each Retail Store by deciding Retailer margins, analyzing sales trends, visibility, category mix management etc
- Work closely with marketing function on brand building initiatives in Organized Retail Outlets with respect to Packaging, promotions, pricing etc
- Credit Management / Accounts Receivables / Reconciliation of Accounts
- Annual Budget plan for both Sales & Cost and implementation.
- Team Management Coordination for Implementation with the GT ASM/SO
- Proper Induction / Training of the New Joiners
- Supervision of MT Team / Reporting / functioning
- Employee Engagement & Motivation
- CFA/SD/ DB Stock inventory management
- Getting involvement of the CFAs/SDs / DB
- Setting service standards and implementation of standards
- Damaged & Expired Stocks management
- Market Intelligence Understanding the needs of the Market & Opportunities and keeping track of competition
- MIS & Reporting Ensure that the required MIS / Reports are sent regularly
