- As the Head of Modern trade drive profitability and deliver on the Revenue and Share parameters.

- Align and execute trade marketing and trade promotions interventions with the modern trade sales strategy, online + digital strategies and overall business strategy.

- Lead resource for planning portfolio growth initiatives with accounts, assortment planning, launch planning and execution, development and execution of Joint Business Plans.

- Category management, Promotion planning, and driving operational efficiency for modern trade channel.

- Develop Sales Capability vertical for - Sales Hierarchy Training for talent development, Management Interns & Sales Trainee program & Sales Hierarchy and Channel Planning and way forward

Key Accomplishments:

- Created and esablished new Organogram for sales, sales related & sales support functions.

- Created the basic GTM & RTM model for both Rural & Urban market coverage.

- Developed the annual Sales Training calendar right from DSM to RSM level.

- Enabled internship program and trainee program for sales and marketing with placement opportunities.
