National Head - Modern Trade - eCommerce & Export

- Responsible for spearheading the Modern Trade & E-Commerce Business for the Company

- Meeting the Top line Sales Objectives with Modern Retail & E-Commerce Partners with the Buying & Merchandising Team and develop business plans in Sync with the Brand strategy

- Works closely with Team to maximize growth potential and business that exist for the Range handled by Company

- Suitable Candidate should have sound experience of handling Imported/premium products/brands and should have excellent relationship with key influencers in leading Supermarket Chains.

- Should be a good communicator, knowledge and experience of white goods/ brown goods category will be a plus.

- Must have perseverance to endure and the will to overcome all odds, come whatever the situation

- Responsible for channel store profitability, ROI & entire P&L Management

- Managing the entire Modern Trade business by creating & formulating strategic tie up/alliances with all the category of Modern retails chains/formats like SPAR, Reliance, Croma etc
