Job Title : National Head::LFR

Reporting to : Business Head

Location : Mumbai

The key areas of Responsibility:

- Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base across key geographies

- Will be responsible for identifying new markets and signing up new partners

- Working with cross functional teams for revenue management and providing excellent service to partner

- Strong understanding of business pipelines, monetary, analyzing and freezing of targets

- Responsible for P&L and market driven growth

- Provide thought leaderships on deals / partnerships / team capabilities

- Maintain superior relationships with all partners in the value chain

- Team Building and Management - manage and drive performance through the team

- Extensively focus on new business development and strategic alliances

- Building a strong and robust performance management structure

- Be responsible to build, nurture and develop a team of super achievers
