National Head - Inventory Funding - Auto Finance (7-12 yrs)
We have an urgent role with one of the biggest group in Auto Industry - Auto Finance Vertical at Gurgaon
Role : National Head Inventory Funding
Profile :
Key responsibilities will include:
- Owns the NPA Target & PnL. Launch a new product line for country's largest auto fintech platform to build inventory funding book of 500 crores for a network of 4000+ dealers pan India
- Work closely with CEO to design inventory funding product concept for used car dealers and drive business targets
- Define product policy and risk parameters
- Build and maintain relationships with product leaders at largest financiers in this space
- Work with channel sales team (crosssell) and build independent channel relationships with potential accounts to drive business volumes
- Drive collections and account management for potential ageing accounts
- Drive operational processes to monitor business performance, limit utilization, risk flags etc
- Hire, train and groom a team pan India to drive product, operations and risk excellence for the product
- Work closely with tech product team to help build best in class system for all relevant stakeholders
