National Head - Institutional Sales - Consumer Durable (7-15 yrs)

We are looking for a Sales Professional who has experience in CSD channel and government institutions.

The incumbent will be responsible for meeting Sales, Distribution and Visibility objectives of the channel. The candidate is expected to drive the business by providing his expertise to conduct business with a high degree of systemic control, integrity and passion. Liaison with CSD Depots, URCs (Unit Run Canteens) and its Regional offices is a critical part of the job.

Key Responsibilities

- Own and lead all initiatives aimed at maintaining the key relationships at HO and unit canteen levels for initiating and expanding the CSD business.

- Set annual / monthly sales targets and ensure product availability to meet the sales objectives.

- Establish productive relationship with CSD Regional offices, Depots, URCs and key officials to hasten up introduction, pricing, collection, and negotiation process.

- Developing and implementing the CSD and Institutional Sales strategy to achieve the planned targets.

- May have to work closely with agents/partners to ensure achieving defined business goals.

Skills Requirement

- Sales Experience in CSD channel and Government institutions

- Good Communication Skills

- Planning, Organising and Negotiating Skills

- Education: Graduate or Post Graduate in any discipline
