National Head - Hard Collections - Retail Finance - NBFC (10-25 yrs)

Looking for national head for hard collection in retail finance with a leading NBFC in Delhi.

Department/Team : Collections

Reports to:

Line Manager : Head of Collections

Functional Manager : Head of Collections

Key Responsibilities:

Hard Collections Management and Target Stratagem:

- Responsible for hard Collections Phase and deliver the targeted performance and costs

- Actively participating in designing & implementation of hard collection process & compliance

- In line with the requirement with the coordination of process desk

- Identification of early bucket frauds / skips / tough cases and referring to RCU for actions

- Ensuring Portfolio reviews of FC collection Soft staff, Soft collection Agencies. Publishing of monthly performance of channels with the help of ACM's

- Develop low cost collections Model and Minimize cost of collections for Soft bucket collections

- Giving triggers to management in terms of risk / skip analysis of various business segments / regions etc through analysis of specific portfolio

Project Management & Collections Strategy:

- Define & Design various process for soft collections to improve performance matrix across soft collections buckets

- Optimization of Cost of Collections

- Adhoc & time to time designing of new Collections contests based on the month, region, etc.

- Giving triggers to management in terms of risk analysis of various business segments / regions etc through analysis of specific portfolio

Supervision of Collection Module & development of the same
