National Head - Fruits & Vegetables

Position: National Head F&V (Fruits & Vegetables)

Reporting to: Chief Merchandising Officer (CMO)

Location: Kolkata

Responsibilities:

- Category Strategy co-development and execution

- Category Sales and Profit, responsible for category’s business top line and bottom line.

- Strategic Sourcing (domestic and Imported)

- Category assortment and Promotion Strategy (development and execution).

- Category Potential Mapping within our stores

- Consumption Analysis

- TOT Negotiation.

- Market Analysis

- Key Vendor Relationship Management.

- Local / National Procurement Coordination

Nature of the role:

Facilitate and guide the regional managers

Education Qualification:

1. The incumbent should be an Agro -graduate

2.The incumbent should preferably be an Agro-post graduate /MBA in any discipline

Requried experience:

1. The candidate should have a strong experience in Buying & Merchandising of F&V.

2. Should have got rich experience in Retail Industry.
