1. Develops and implements strategic Marketing Plans, Supply Chain Plans and Sales Plans and forecasts to achieve corporate objectives for products and services.

2. Develops annual business plan (Business = Sales / BTL Marketing / Supply Chain) in support of organization strategy and objectives.

3. Takes complete responsibility of the Balanced Score Card Metrics, Program Design, Program Implementation and success.

4. Directs implementation and execution of business policies and practices.

5. Ensures communications are coordinated, supports sales plan objectives and meets organizational expenditure requirements.

6. Plans and oversees advertising and promotion activities focused on below the line marketing activities and works in concert with the Brand Marketing team.

7. Develops and recommends product positioning, packaging, and pricing strategy to produce the highest possible long-term market share.

8. Builds, develops and manages business team capable of carrying out needed sales, marketing, supply chain and service initiatives.

9. Achieves satisfactory profit/loss ratio and market share in relation to pre-set standards and industry and economic trends.

10. Oversees and evaluates market research and adjusts marketing strategy (BTL) to meet changing market and competitive conditions.

11. Monitors competitor products, sales and marketing activities.

12. Establishes and maintains relationships with industry influencers and key strategic partners.

13. Guides preparation of business activity reports and presents to executive management.

14. Establishes and maintains a consistent corporate image throughout all product lines, promotional materials, and events.

15. Directs sales forecasting activities and sets performance goals accordingly.

16. Directs staffing, training, and performance evaluations to develop and control sales and marketing programs.

17. Directs market channel development activity and coordinates sales distribution by establishing sales territories, quotas, and goals.

18. Represents company at trade association meetings to promote product.

19. Meets with key clients, assisting sales representative with maintaining relationships and negotiating and closing deals.

20. Coordinates liaison between sales department and other sales related units.

21. Analyses and controls expenditures of division to conform to budgetary requirements.

22. Prepares periodic sales report showing sales volume, potential sales, and areas of proposed client base expansion.

23. Reviews and analyses sales performances against programs, quotes and plans to determine effectiveness.

24. Actively Lead the following HR activities within the team:

- Employee Engagement Programs

- Employee Training & Development Programs

- Performance Management of Team

- New Employee Induction Program
