MANDATORY EXPERIENCE: Sales/ Business Development/ Key Account Management of Restaurants/ QSR/ Food Chains/ Diners. Should be currently in Internet/ E-Commerce organization handling similar profile. B2B/ Enterprise sales. Should have handled pan-India large accounts.
NOT LOOKING FOR: FMCG company experience or non-restaurant sales.
TENTATIVE JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Responsible for comprehensive development and growth of products/ solutions for QSR/ Restaurants/ Diners
- Full lifecycle integration including technical solutions, branding and loyalty/ rewards
- Drive acquisition and volumes, provide branding experience including loyalty
- Responsible for national sales by leading team to achieve targets, quotas
- Track competition and proactively engage to customers
- Track and measure progress for monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Stakeholder management, C-Level engagements
- Lead and pipeline management
- Recruitment and development; manage training programs for sales teams for upgrading skills
DESIRED EXPERIENCE:
- Should have good understanding of customer behavior towards dining/ food
- Sales/ Business Development/ Key Account Management of Restaurants/ QSR/ Food Chains/ Diners
- Should be currently in Internet/ E-Commerce organization handling similar profile
- 12-20 Yrs experience of managing large accounts/ enterprise
- Team leadership skills
