Roles & Responsibilities : - Manage the Data & Analytics function - Review the quality of existing data and ensure continuous enrichment of data. - Develop analytical models to support customer segmentation, improve the underwriting quality. - Develop cross-sale & up sale plans for all business vertical. - Develop Credit score cards for different businesses. - Work out with Business & marketing heads to develop analytics model to identify cross-sale & up-sale opportunities - Knowledge of regression/Decision tree/modelling - Knowledge of SAS, R, Python etc. - Expertise in analytical techniques such as liner regression, cluster analysis, decision trees etc
