- We are looking for National Head - Credit Card To plan, build and execute most cost effective strategy to promote credit card business through retail branch banking channel.

- Lead business plan and performance management of national team, to deliver as per business operating plan including development and execution of joint sales plans

- To design, deliver and lead disruptive capabilities that would result in low COA and pan India scale

- Lead responsibility for the performance, motivation and development of the stakeholders team by creating a strong & compliant sales culture to drive acquisitions, profitability and employee development.

- Ensuring highest levels of employee relationship, motivation & engagement to drive results & high levels of employee satisfaction.

- Strategize Product, Manpower, Distribution mix to achieve business volumes with controlled cost of acquisition.

- Strategize along with the product team on various digital marketing initiatives

- Partner with Product, Risk, IT, Operations and Underwriting in planning and executing the overall customer acquisition plan

- Ensure highest levels of employee relationship, motivation & engagement to drive results & high levels of employee satisfaction
