Job Description :

- End to End Portfolio management of Retail assets - all products - starting from X to all.

- NPA / Recoveries / write off and system write off book delinquency management.

- Budgeting / planning / analytics / MIS / Telecalling Unit / NPA and net NPA loss minimization.

- Cost control / collection efficiency minimization

- Field Visits / ACR / Critical accounts monitoring and rigorous follow up.

- Legal Proceedings initiation / tools execution / high level of legal / NPA tool execution for recoveries.

- Leading by examples - Field Visit of High POS accounts / triggering Early warning signal / Roll rates / Bucket balance / NPA control and recoveries optimization.
