Description
- Leading the salesforce towards achieving the top-line and bottom-line targets with products in existing and new lines of business
- Building the sales infrastructure to its maximum potential through effective training, execution and mentoring/coaching
- The financial goals in terms of budget planning and forecast
- Identifying & developing new avenues in terms of channel sales for revenue generation with an aim towards profit maximization
- Establishing robust framework for performance management and revisit policies for the same
- Leading the strategic planning in terms or short term and long term goals
Profile
- 10-15 years of experience in Auto industry.
- Experience in regional sales, distribution channel management and be able to meet sales goal.
- Strong team management capabilities with entrepreneurial spirit.
- Experience either B2B sales or channel sales
