Lead and drive the expansion of a dynamic hospitality chain specializing in clubs, pubs, and cafes across the country, ensuring strategic growth through the successful acquisition and development of new outlets.
New Outlet Acquisition Strategy:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy for identifying and acquiring new outlets in alignment with the company's expansion goals.
- Achieve a 15% annual increase in market penetration by strategically positioning the brand in key cities and high-traffic areas and Brand Positioning
Acquire a minimum of 3 high-profile club locations within the next fiscal year and 2 franchise partners either on the FOFO or FOCO model.
- Pubs-Mid Segment: Secure contracts for at least 3 new pub outlets, focusing on strategic locations with high footfall.
- Cafes/Lounges: Establish a presence by acquiring a minimum of 4 cafes/lounge outlets in prime commercial and leisure districts through franchise partnership.
Partnership and Collaboration:
- Identify potential strategic partners, landlords, and property developers for joint ventures or collaborations to facilitate outlet acquisition after thoroughly checking Financial Analysis and Feasibility.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in the real estate and hospitality sectors.
- Lead negotiations with property owners, landlords, and other relevant stakeholders to secure favourable lease and rental agreements.
- Work on cost Reduction of operations
Cross-functional Collaboration:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, operations, and finance, to ensure a seamless transition from acquisition to operational launch.
- Provide input into outlet design and layout considerations.
- Ensure timely completion of all stages of the outlet acquisition process, from initial negotiations to outlet opening.
