Responsibilities:

Strategic Business Development:

- Develop and execute a comprehensive business development strategy to connect our services with clients across diverse industries in India.

- Identify and target high-potential clients looking to enter or expand their presence in the Indian market.

- Lead the generation of new business leads and proactively build relationships with key decision-makers.

Client Relationship Management:

- Develop and manage strong relationships with existing and prospective clients across the industrial sector.

- Understand client needs and challenges and tailor solutions that leverage our PAN India service offerings.

- Foster long-term partnerships and ensure client satisfaction through outstanding service delivery.

Team Leadership & Growth:

- Build and lead a high-performing business development team to achieve shared goals.

- Mentor and coach team members to hone their skills and drive their professional development.

- Foster a collaborative and results-oriented work environment.

Qualifications:

- Minimum 15 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field within the industrial real estate, retail, or 3PL sector.

- Proven track record of exceeding business development targets and achieving significant revenue growth.

- Strong understanding of the Indian industrial real estate market and its dynamics.

- Exceptional leadership qualities with the ability to motivate, inspire, and coach a team.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach to business development
