Job Description :
- Formulation and Execution of Growth Strategy
- Identifing opportunities with market know-how/ meet new customers to broaden the opportunity list.
- Lead team of Business Development Managers for effective new Business on-boarding and key account management
- Lead Solution design team to constantly innovate value prepositions in the solutions
- Work with HO / RHO BD teams across verticals for exploring India business of Global Target Customers
- Selling India and gain traction of HO/RHO BD fraternity for India
- Collaborating with various Sales Channels in the organisation for improving Growth Trajectory
- Engineer +MBA Preferred
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
- Strong analytics skills
