Job Description :
- The national head will be responsible for leading a team of 10 people 6 in BD and 4 in solution design
- Will be responsible for managing contract logistics primarily across Automotive, Industrial/Engineering, Consumer goods (Durables/Electronics/Retail) and Health-care industries
- Develop new customers across India and lead team of Business Development Managers for effective on boarding
- Work with BD teams across HO/RHO verticals to explore India business of global target clients
- Manage large multi-client warehouses, inbound and outbound transport, drafting contracts and closing deals
- Lead solutions design team to add value to clients proactively by upping the supply chain, upgrading product offering, tying up with third partner companies, etc.
- Candidate would be measured on order intake and hit rate
- 3-5 years of working in a similar role
- Preferably Engineer+MBA
- Strong knowledge of product and market and effective negotiation skills
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
- Strong analytical skills
