National Head - Business Development - Consulting Firm

We have been retained by a Consulting Firm with experience in management and development consulting across various sectors and countries.

The organization wishes to hire a National Head- Business Development for Mumbai.

The incumbent will be responsible for business development in Banks & Financial Institutions, Government, infrastructure developers, corporate houses etc.

- Responsible for the overall management of all strategic and operational activities.

- Review the business targets regularly with COO and the MD

- Prepare the business development plan and detail implementation strategies in discussion with the COO and Sector heads

- Identify resource requirements, including headcount, IT and other resources required for business development

- Build a strong funnel of prospects and leads and review the same on a weekly basis along with the COO and the MD

Candidate Specification:

- The ideal candidate will be a CA/MBA with minimum 15 years of experience in Banking & Financial Services, Government Advisory and Infrastructure Consulting.

- Strong inter personal skills and ability to deal with people with a sense of empathy and maturity

- Good leadership skills and ability to mentor highly skilled resources

- Strong propensity for sales and relationship management
