Roles & Responsibilities:
- Manage and own P&L for the Life Insurance agency sales.
- Budget/target setting and achievement of assigned targets and generating revenue for the vertical through sales and distribution of Financial products for all the geographies/ location.
- Plan and execute sales strategies to boost Life Insurance sales and enhance productivity.
- Ensure effective and efficient sales planning and implementation.
- Enabling business growth by developing a strong team and manage and upscale the existing team.
- Ensure manpower recruitment and planning as per the budget, location wise and across geographies.
- Responsible for team management, retention, performance and productivity across vertical.
- Maintain highest level of business hygiene and ensure all adherence to all regulatory guidelines and compliances.
- Drive innovation and deliver business critical assignments
Requirements :
- Post Graduate / Graduate from a reputed college
- Should have a strong experience in agency sales / agency acceleration
