Position Summary :

This role will manage all organization events, including management of agency personnel on site. Alongside handling the large-scale university, digital, retail, and alternative sampling programs throughout India. The end goal is to grow the brand presence in India through sampling, as well as key event sponsorship's and activations, engaging consumers in a meaningful way, obtaining increased product trial rates, and building brand awareness. This role is a key partner to ensure strong organization presence at all sponsored events, focusing on good consumer experience, consistent image and messaging, and strong employee work ethic and morale.

Essential Job Functions : 

- Reach as many target consumers as possible with quality sampling via Daily Ambassador Team sampling, events, exhibitions, sponsorship's and any appropriate occasions to generate trial of organization and strategic brand drinks.

- Partnership with Regional Marketing Managers to ensure sampling success

- Actively generate trial of drink through guerrilla sampling at each responsible area

- Map out relevant sampling locations for the brand (core target areas, universities, beaches, skate parks- ).

- Ensure professionalism, exceptional communication, and proactive interactions with consumers

- Responsibly care for program materials and assets

- Manage Operations and Equipment in local market with warehouses and a partner logistic company

- Develop sampling plan every month and keep a level of high-quality sampling

- Maintain inventory control

- Develop weekly and monthly reports

- Lead and Assist on the execution of Events (Music, Action Sports, Motor Sports, Gaming, etc)

- Build vendor and venue relationships

- Increase market knowledge

- Distribute Point of Sale (stickers, etc) as required to consumers to reinforce brand loyalty

- Maintain the brand appearance and wear proper attire

- Respond in a timely manner to all In house clients (Marketing team)

- Actively locate and bring new event and sampling ideas to the team

- Manage all events, including on-site personnel and agency staff

- Work with sales teams and distributor to maximize event and sampling exposure via the distributor network at retail and in market.

Position Requirements :

- The ideal candidate must have experience of sampling and field promotions

- This role understands organization brand DNA and control brand image

- The candidate will live and breathe action sports, music, gaming and have a firm interest in the athletes, personalities and events sponsor.

- Excellent time management, enthusiasm and communication are keys to the role as the person.

- Excellent communication skill.

- Knowledge of the USA market, organization brand position

- Frequent Travel up to 50%
