Sales Strategy:

- Responsible for designing, driving and evaluating the Route To Market strategy for the sales function

- Responsible for the designing and executing the Annual Operating Plan

Sales Operations:

- Lead the manpower planning of sales function

- Design the Sales Organogram, Job Description and Sales KPI

- Responsible for the Beat Planning, Territory design and realignment to increase the effectiveness of sales function

- Design and delivery of the Sales incentive schemes for various channels

- Responsible for Productivity of sales function

- Partner with Sales team to reduce channel conflicts leading to effective coverage

- Sales and Distribution Health

- Lead the Sales and Distribution health across channel for Pan India level

- Monitor the defined KPI across the sales function and suggest corrective actions

- Own the Sales technology agenda driving efficiency and effectiveness in the sales function

- Design and Lead the Sales Capability agenda for the sales function
