Position is with a TOP FMCG organisation in Gurugram. The role of the job is to deliver the programs of the Sales capability function that drives sales competencies to internal and third-party sales teams in the company organization.
Key responsibilities:
Market Specific Strategy :
- Defining, evolving and improvising in consultation and collaboration with sales leadership and the marketing team, Go between field sales and marketing; converts brand strategy into sales implementation, Create understanding and buy in for the same within the sales function, Market classification; specific strategy/programs and execution
Retail Environment Specific Strategy :
- Onus of developing all retail environments, Onus of developing intended product pack business in specific retail environments.
Trade Spend Management:
- Forms the trade marketing calendar in collaboration with regions and marketing - owns execution, Meets the short, medium and long term trade objectives, Ownership of trade budgets, Delivers on spend effectiveness, Ensuring timely communication of business needs and opportunities to key Sales and Marketing personnel.
Loyalty Programs: Owner of retail loyalty programs, Owner of wholesale loyalty programs
Shopper Marketing: Shopper specific programs - In store strategy and execution, Product Pack strategy, and execution, Category Development
Education & Experience :
Graduation: Any specialization. Post-Graduation (Must have) : PGDM/ MBA in Marketing or Sales Management
Must have: 8+ years of experience in a FMCG company
