National Credit Manager - Personal Loan - NBFC

- Will head credit function for the Personal Loans division nationally.

- Looking for a candidate from an NBFC with PL experience.

- To lead the credit management function and oversee the underwriting / credit control of all loan files.

- Achieve disbursement target as per the business plan.

- Take prudent credit decision ; sanction proposal based on available information

- Implement credit policy and perform continuous evaluation and ensure adherence

- Ensure TAT as per the policy

- Ensure portfolio quality and right credit underwriting

- Maintain the approval rate as per the policy guidelines

- Visualizing business risks; having long-term vision

- Using facts, data and experience, to take appropriate and timely decisions

- Ability to handle, motivate, coach and develop a team;
