Overall purpose of the job:

Underwriting of business proposals under retail agri and Agri MSME. Managing the underwriting team. Maintaining the health of the portfolio and delivery of the credit decisions within the TAT, Operations and Collections etc. Managing the Operations of the vertical at a branch and cluster level.

(a) Sales Target and Strategy

- Monitor and guide SCH' CH- s/Sales Team and ensure achievement of business objective

- Overall coordination of branches under the CSB Network, for attaining the target and thereby improving the portfolio

- Ensuring recruitment, training, retention and mentoring talents

- Strategise promotional activities of products and services

- Remain updated market development and trend and apprise vertical head

- Stay updated on the recent changes in policy guidelines and educate Sales Team

- Assist Vertical Head in product design

(b) Sales Planning

- Assist CHs/Sales Team in chalking sales / marketing strategies

- Coordinate with cross functional/ other vertical business departments to facilitate business by branches. Assist Vertical Head in planning and organizing Sales/ Marketing

- Establish sales reporting mechanisms as per company standards

- Conducting periodic performance reviews of Sales Team.

- Evaluation of performance vis-a-vis the competitors of the locality
