Position: National Commercial Head Role: All India commercial responsibility of Service and CRM division based at Head Office, Mumbai Reporting Structure: - Position reports to Head - Finance and Commercial - Service and CRM Division - Positions reporting in - Regional Commercial Managers Job Description: - Ensure billing is done for all supplies of goods and service of all the channels like Direct, consumer, Industrial, ASC and FDO. Both B2B and B2C customers. - Ensure collection from all 1500+ BPs and ASCs for B2C billing. - Ensure collection from institutional customers for B2B billing done. - Finalisation of pricing of institutional customers and credit rating. - Ensure recovery against cheque dishonour - Both customer and BPs cheques. - Legal matters of BPs and consumer court cases. - Preparation of BP, ASC, and vendor agreements. - Ensure timely payments to Business Partners. - Final settlement audit of Business Partners and settlement of final payment. - Stock audit of Business Partners. - Reconciliation of customer and vendor accounts. - Bank Reconciliation. - BP deposits and Advance payment recovery. - Statutory compliance of Business Partners - Finalisation of MRP for spares & AMC rate, follow up to get approval. - Handle Internal and statutory audit relating to commercial function. - Finalisation of Payment plan to BPs, Leaders, and Technicians. - Incentive calculation of BPs and Leaders. Required profile: Experience: 10 - 12 years in commercial function Compensation: As per industry standards (80/20 F/V split) Education: MBA Finance/CA/ICWA Industry Type: Consumer durable, Banking, Insurance, Telecom, Dot.com.
