Purpose of the role:

Ensure profitability through high collection efficiency and customer satisfaction contributing to the revenue of the company by ensuring all Company policies, practices & guidelines are adhered to as per approved policy.

Key Responsibilities:

- Formulation of targets for individual & teams as per Strategies outlined

- Maintain NCL : ANR Ratio of the entire Urban & Digital collection portfolio PAN India

- Maintain Month wise cost % of ANR

- Maintain Collection Efficiency Score of the Urban & Digital collection portfolio

- Maintain high Rate of Recovery (ROR) of the entire Urban & Digital collection portfolio PAN India

- Implement new strategies to reduce flows. Initiate effective tools to enhance collections

- Analyse portfolio trends to identify problems and take appropriate action.

- Provide feedback to product & business teams on a monthly basis.

- Provide various collection reports to collection team to track their performance and have more effective collection framework.

- Ensure ongoing recruitment and training of all resources to manage collection activities. Plan and implement products, systems and refresher trainings to all staff

- Maintain high Customer Satisfaction Score

- Ensure all audit items are in place and no adverse comments on audit done by external or internal auditors for the year. Put in place a complaint and query management cell for secured products. Ensure all SLA"s agreed to are met on a monthly basis.

- Training & Developing team on IC4 & other collection systems Usage

Expertise required/ Domain Knowledge:

- In depth experience in handling large collections teams in a National Role spread across geographies.

- Should possess sound knowledge of core collections systems & processes & vendor management

Any specific specialization/education: MBA / PGDBM or Equivalent
