National Collection Manager/Lead For a leading FINTECH @ Mumbai...Looking for a leader in Collection. (Ideally 0- 3 Bucket) MAIN KRA : - Should have experience of managing Unsecured/BFSI/NBRC business at a National Role in the past. - Should have worked in a similar position/leadrole for at least 2 years. - Manages and controls the operating framework for the department, provides guidance and support, ensures implementation and review of work processes in order to achieve high-performance standards and continuous improvement. - Monitors and analyses the business operating environment for all the regions with respect to Market trends, Bounce rate, segment level delinquency etc. - Conducts periodic meetings with Key partners to ensure business continuity and containment of losses. - Helps to set up a strong, standardized and smooth functioning line in the collections process. - Denes, designs and implement the collections process manual and standard operating procedures. - Participate in business reviews conducted for Collection on a periodic basis and recommend for course correction wherever required - Develop detailed plans for collections function including overall cost, manpower requirements, geographic spread, etc. and present to the CEO for approval - Develop plans for managing collections within defined bounce buckets and ensure there are contingency plans for emergent situations Deploy different set of new approaches for different markets based on risk and delinquencies and create capacity for future bounces in alignment with the approved budgets Desired Profile : - PG/MBA with 8-12 years experience in Unsecured lending/BFSI market(BNPL/NBFC Consumer good lendings etc) - Must have worked in Collection bucket range 0-3 - Self started & a natural leader.
