National Collection Manager - EV/2W/3W/4W/Commercial Vehicle Loan

Job Description:

- Managing the collections of loans for EV (2W/ 3W/ 4W/ ZET) Commercial vehicles.

- The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in collections management, a strong understanding of vehicle financing products, and the ability to drive performance through strategic oversight.

Responsibilities:

- Delinquency Control: Oversee delinquency management for commercial vehicle loans on a national scale.

- NPA Reduction: Develop and implement strategies to reduce non-performing Assets (NPA) in vehicle financing products.

- Reporting: Regularly present updates on delinquency and NPA status to senior management, including actionable insights and recommendations.
