National Collection Head - Housing Finance Firm (12-20 yrs)
- Urgently looking for National Collections Head Hard Bucket for a Growing Bank in Mumbai.
Department : Housing Finance
Exp : 12 to 18 years
Job Location : Mumbai
Functional Responsibilities:
- Ensure the collection targets are met
- Ensure end to end NPA Management & Write off Recovery Mechanism
- Ensure that the NPA's are kept at minimum trigger levels
- To ensure all necessary legal actions are complied for resolution and recovery
- 60Plus, ARC & Write off Portfolio management, Focused approach to recover from Write off, ARC & 60Plus
- Recruit and manage recovery agencies and set necessary targets and drive
- Ensuring that all cases are handed over to the Collections Officers/BCM within prescribed time frames and are appropriately actioned
- Close coordination with legal team to make sure all the legal actions are initiated to maximize recoveries
- Identification and empanelment of agencies as per the suitability of portfolio and profile of the customer
- Hard bucket / recovery agency management - In-house team handling experience would be an added advantage
