1. Collection Target Achievement & Cost Management:
- Meet collection targets for assigned territories, ensuring adherence to cost limits.
- Monitor and achieve PI (Performance Index) targets within the specified budget.
2. Compliance & Risk Management:
- Ensure legal compliance across the entire collection framework.
- Ensure adherence to the Code of Conduct (COC) by collection teams and agencies.
- Identify and mitigate fraudulent practices to prevent financial losses.
3. Customer & Market Insights:
- Handle customer escalations efficiently and provide timely resolutions.
- Provide feedback on credit policy based on market trends and customer behavior.
4. Operational Efficiency & Performance Monitoring:
- Approve waivers on PI within the delegation matrix.
- Ensure proper documentation and follow-up on soft bucket cases.
- Maintain adequate Feet on Street (FOS) availability across all regions and segments.
- Implement support mechanisms for legal and police-related issues.
- Ensure audit compliance and implement corrective and preventive actions.
5. Team & Vendor Management:
- Set productivity benchmarks for DMA (Direct Marketing Agencies), collection agencies, and executives.
- Conduct regular performance reviews of Area Managers and Collection Officers.
- Recruit, train, and evaluate Collection Officers and Area Managers to enhance team effectiveness.
