e. Product Penetration in NTB & ETB

f. Per Customer Product Holding

g. Product Per Family

- Product management - Understanding product features and roll-out product mix for managing Life Insurance revenue

- Partner management - manage and build relationship with multiple partners to drive business.

- Sales Enablers: Designing and drive

a. Lead Generation activity

b. Campaigns for ETB based on Data Analytics

c. Product Campaigns as per customer profile

d. Renewals Campaigns

- Training : Design and Monitor the impact of the Training

a. Product Training

b. Sales Behavior Training

c. Customer Relationship Management Training

d. Enhance Productivity

- Channel Development and Deepening :

a. Continuously keep Building the New Channels along with various products to generate Revenue

b. Create Product Propositions that are suitable across Sales Channels and Segments of Customers

c. Identify Product suitability as per the customer segment and complementary products to be sold by each LI Partner

- Cross Functional Team Management : Liaise and work closely with various cross-functional teams within the bank and Insurance Partner

- Competition Mapping :

a. On Product & Process Inovation

b. Performance parameter of various banks

c. Track the Insurteach and get future ready

d. Regulatory Changes and Its impact

- Engage with internal Audit, regulators to ensure regulatory compliance

- Keep Management updated on regulatory development and market dynamics
