Responsibilities:
- Drive retail volume and motivate the retail sales team
- Have a continuous and high degree of engagement with the Sales team, in coordination with Credit, Finance and Operations, and in alignment with product, especially its sales team and Dealers
- Ensure that all large deals are passed on to the respective Key Account Managers and there is no conflict in terms of relationship management, volume or penetration.
- Establish and maintain relationships with key decision makers within the organization, dealers and customer influencer groups
- Set up, implement and monitor sales objectives, strategies, and operational results
- Analyze markets to identify high growth opportunities and develop specific sales strategies and initiatives for those markets, especially targeting profitable market segments
- Make joint sales visits / calls / meetings with Sales team members to drive retail volume or enhance the opportunity for new business
- Drive marketing strategy and sales promotion
- Monitor competitive trends in the market for enhancing financing programs and financial product features for all retail financing
- Develop new products / new features in retail financing for existing products - to enhance company's product offering in the market and giving it a cutting edge versus competition
- Monitor key performance indicators for Sales team to measure effectiveness and efficiency in retail financing
- Prepare and present CV / CE retail financing products and programs at internal and external training functions and industry events
- Frequently travel inside or outside India to meet dealers, customers or senior management.
Desired Profile :
- MBA with 12+ yrs of relevant experience in handling Commercial Vehicle Finance portfolio.
- Must be from reputed NBFCs or banks, of which the last 3 years must in an adequate sales leadership position in the CV / CE finance industry
- Expert in sales and marketing strategy, sales processes, sales policies and committed to system rigor and high quality of service
- Ability to interact comfortably at all levels in the organization
- Outstanding written and verbal communication and presentation skills in English
- An energetic go-getter, motivator and creative individual with high work ethics
- Ability to see the - big picture- and help implement the company's strategy as a team player
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects/issues and stay focused
- Target-driven, self-motivated and willing to take responsibility
- Proficiency in the use of MS Office applications
