We have the following requirement in Mumbai
National Business Head for Sutures - Medical product for a leading upcoming company into medical devices and diagnostics
Since its a start up and based in Mumbai those aspiring to work with startup to work hands on from ground level in starting the sales vertical at Corporate and Plant levels as a leader on end to end basis inclusive of all corporate a functions like
Job Description :
- He will be heading the sales function at national level to achieve the sales targets and growth objectives of the surgical sutures Business .
- He has to be highly motivated individual with a entrepreneurial drive to excel and accustomed to working in a highly competitive environment and exposed to medical business.
- Forecasting accuracy for Sales and Inventory planning/control
- The business being at an evolving stage, he would be instrumental to achieve the ambitious growth objectives of the business
Market/Customer Development :
- Identifying the new markets and developing as per the strategies of the company.
- Maximizing ROI through the planned activities.
Desired Profile :
- Should be an MBA with 15-20 years of product selling experience and a proven track record in sales with a current stint as National head and/or as zonal head in at least two zones
- Candidates having experience in surgical sutures in pharma sales industry can only apply.
