National Asset & Sales Development Manager- FMCG (5-8 yrs)

About the client- A Global FMCG company with strong presence in frozen foods, & ready to eat products.

About the role : The role entails leading the Asset management & sales development agenda for Retail sales; trade marketing; sales IS & sales capability pertaining to freezers for the client on a Pan India capacity. This is a key role and reports to the Retail GTM & Trade marketing manager.

1. Develop an effective & efficient Go to Market strategy (GTM) to for Retail freezers to build a long term sustainable business. Review the working, analyze and evaluate the effectiveness of freezers, methods, costs, and results in partnership with regional teams.

2. Driving the AOC numbers through structured BTL interventions across regions for entire universe of freezer stores. Plan, strategize and implement BTL inputs to drive Top Line and Bottom line numbers

3. For freezer stores, conceptualize & execute sales development activities, sales policies, processes, reporting/data analytics to delivery of short term and long term business goals.

4. Lead the agenda on sales automation for freezer stores in partnership with sales IS manager; drive adherence to sales IT deployment plan and carry out necessary course corrections basis on ground realities; Analyze smiles data to develop insights and use the same to drive business.

5. Planning and delivery of trade initiatives such as Displays, Contests, Schemes, Consumer promotions, Activations etc for the universe of freezer stores to drive volume and also build consumer awareness at store level.

6.. Manage the trade spend budgets for freezers, track and review ROI on a monthly basis.

7. Partner with regional teams to plan & execute incentive programs for TSIs and Jr TSIs across the retail system.

Requirements :

Education- MBA

Total Experience - 5-8 years

At least 2-3 years as ASM in an urban/Metro market

At least 2-3 years- experience in trade/customer marketing GT/TT
