National Account Manager develops, maintains & Improves key client relationships, Nationally.
Job Description :
- Meeting with Key Client Stakeholders to discuss their needs & formulate a plan to Service them Seamlessly.
- Set and monitor sales targets for National accounts
- Network with key customers to identify and address specific needs
- Develop and maintain relationships with customers to ensure long-term success
- Act as the liaison between customers and internal Delivery teams ensuring clients' requirements are met
- Identify and attract prospective strategic customers
- Ensure brand consistency
- Negotiate contracts
- Collect and analyze hiring data and trends (Analytics)
- Maintain high customer satisfaction Levels, according to SLAs
- Stay up-to-date with internal and external developments and suggest new ways to increase wallet share
- Relationship Driven professionals in the Banking & Financial services Industry would be preferred
