Content Creator/Writer For New Age Social Media (Instagram and Tiktok)- Bengali Proficiency: - Should be good in ideating, executing and preparing assets for posting on Social Media - Assist with planning seasonal strategies and update the content calendar as needed - Maintain and help update the social media concept boards - Design and maintain presentation decks for various social media projects - Regularly review competitor profiles to ensure highest creative executions The individual should possess the following: - 1-3 years of experience - Proficiency in Bengali is a must - Must have a strong understanding of the social media space new age platforms: the Instagram &amp; Tiktok community, conversations, and trends ( specific to Bengal as well) - Must be organized but also nimble and flexible to adjust to real-time demand - Have the ability to clearly execute creative direction, bring new ideas to the team, and thrive in a highly collaborative environment - Must be updated about what's new in Bengal - Active involvement in Bengal Influencer groups would be an added advantage Please note that this a contractual role till May 2021.
