About The Role: - Associates/Senior Associates/Managers/General Managers are part of Research functional team in the organization and work with other internal teams such as State Campaign team, Client Management team to create political messaging points backed with data. They create content for outbound communications - election agendas, social media, public events etc. - The team conducts in-depth study of various policies and state schemes and present findings for rolling out on-ground initiatives. - The role also offers the opportunity to meet experts in various policy areas and academicians. While this is an interesting proposition and comes with enormous exposure, it also raises expectations on maintenance of confidentiality, display of exemplary client management skills and most importantly, on performance. The job often requires evening and weekend work as well as extensive travel. Position Requirements: 1. The role requires intelligent, passionate, and self-driven professionals with a clear understanding of government functioning 2. The candidate should possess excellent problem solving, team leadership, client leadership, thought leadership and communications skills and should be able to thrive in a fast-paced, demanding work environment 3. The candidate should have a strong bias for action and ability to deal with ambiguity and be able to generate creative, action-oriented insights and recommendations 4. The candidate should be able to gather data in through interviews and secondary research 5. The candidate should be able to facilitate joint problem-solving with mid-level and senior-level clients Desired Qualification and Experience: 1.
