About The Role : As the Contact Center Associate/Manager you'll be responsible for the daily running and management of the centre. You'll be responsible for meeting, and possibly setting, daily volume targets as well as planning around areas of improvement or development. Contact Center Associate/Manager should ensure that the staff is executing the mandated volume of calls within agreed time scales and in an appropriate manner. Job Responsibilities : - Any under-graduate degree; post-graduate level management education preferred. - Call Center, customer service, or supervisory experience is required. - Proficiency with technology, especially computers, software applications, and phone systems. - Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. - Ability to coach, train, and motivate employees and evaluate their performance. - Excellent problem solving, leadership, and customer service skills. - Analytical, efficient, and thorough. - Ability to remain calm and courteous under pressure and navigate tense situations, especially during busy hours. Position Requirements : - Ensuring agents understand and comply with all contact center objectives, performance standards, and policies. - Answering agent questions regarding best practices or difficult calls. - Identifying operational issues and suggesting possible improvements. - Monitoring and evaluating agent performance, providing learning or coaching opportunities, and taking corrective action, if necessary. - Ensuring all relevant communications and data are updated and recorded - Preparing reports and analyzing data to assist management as they determine contact center goals. - Working with other supervisors and management team members to support agents and maximize customer satisfaction. - Organising shift patterns and the number of staff required to meet demand P.S.
