NASSCOM FutureSkills is an industry driven learning eco-system to get India accelerated on the journey to building skills and becoming the global hub for talent in emerging technologies. The programme aims to reskill 2 million professionals and potential employees & students in the industry over a period of 5 years. FutureSkills portal is designed as a resource for the IT-ITeS industry to enable discovery, continuous learning and deep skilling in the 10 emerging technologies. To do this, FutureSkills portal uses the technology of the future, to create a space where a learner can access content on all the skills of the future.

A learner can seamlessly access free and paid content, assessments, virtual labs and get certified on the skills of their choice. The platform is fuelled by a curation engine that has the ability to trawl the massive amount of high quality learning content available on the web and funnel it in an easy to consume format that's meaningful and effective for the learners. It also has a curation feature that allows Subject Matter Experts from Industry and academia to contribute by curating content and learning pathways on these technologies.

Partner Relationship Managers are responsible for managing a portfolio of partners and providing ongoing consultative support to increase the revenue, performance, and portfolio of content offered by the university/organization. Partner Managers bring a combination of business acumen and executive presence, advisory skills, account/project management experience, and a proven ability to achieve results.

Partner Relationship Manager Responsibilities :

- Relationship Building & Management : Serve as primary point of contact for FutureSkills partners and own relationships across the institution. Set and achieve goals related to the partnership, marketing strategy, and course content portfolio.

- Business Development : Pursue new content opportunities at your partner institutions to meet FutureSkills business objectives and partner goals.

- Advising : Provide ongoing consultative support to partners on marketing, content strategy, and how to meet our mutual goals/objectives for the partnership.

- Cross-Functional Coordination : Collaborate with FutureSkills executives to meet our business objectives with partners and effectively coordinate with internal teams from marketing, product and support to deliver on partnership needs/goals.

Requirements :

- 12+ years of experience in professional services, account management or business development, serving diverse global organisations

- Proven success growing relationships and achieving growth targets

- Strong interpersonal skills with an ability to collaborate effectively cross-functionally

- Ability to manage a portfolio of multiple projects from various partners simultaneously.

- Excellent business writing and verbal communication.

- Comfort with ambiguity and proactive, optimistic approach to problem-solving.

- Demonstrated ability to influence and get work done through others. Strong stakeholder management across a range of partners, levels, functions.

- Thrives in a fast-paced work environment and demonstrates a start-up mentality.

PREFERRED :

- Demonstrated working knowledge of educational technologies, deploying SaaS technologies, or content production preferred.
