Narayana Health - Deputy Manager - Internal Audit

Salary offered: 7 - 8 LPA

Job Purpose:

Responsible for assisting in planning, directing, and conducting an objective evaluation of diverse operations and controls within Narayana Hrudayalaya Hospitals to appraise the effectiveness of the system of internal control.

Job Responsibilities:

- Assist in accomplishing the annual audit plan.

- Assist the Manager in developing of and be responsible for the execution of the Internal Audit Plan.

- Assist in planning and perform audit procedures responsive to the unique risks of the processes and reports the results of the audit. May coordinate the effort of other Internal Audit staff and other NH personnel in the performance of these procedures.

- Communicates results to manager of audited departments.

- Assist the manager in performing management, financial and security audits in all locations of the Corporation to review and evaluate the effectiveness and efficiency of operations, reliability of financial reporting, compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

- Able to work accurately and with minimal supervision.

- Ability to comprehend written instructions given by the related departmental personnel.

- Ability to plan & organize ones work schedule effectively.

- Speaking and listening are essential requirements to understand and carry out the instructions given by the supervisors and other related departmental personnel.
