Narayana Group - Business Head - Digital Learning

We are a large Education services company head quartered in South India. We have embarked on an interesting yet challenging journey of digitizing education in conjunction with main stream curriculum. We are looking for someone who can head the Digital Learning/Preparation vertical of the business, run it as a separate business (P&L) and scale it up quickly. Core responsibility of this role is to promote digital learning/test preparation among students, commercialize the product and scale it up.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Entrepreneurship: Owning the P&L, scaling up the current offerings, building the team, improving the conversion of students from offline to online for content and examinations

2. Product Development/Management: Perfecting the existing product, making necessary changes to suit the requirements of the students

3. Content Development: Conceptualization of digital content in collaboration with leading faculty (in-house), development of digital content/video in partnership with content developers, simplifying the product to suit customer needs

4. Channel Management: Managing core channel partners (both inside and outside) the company

5. Vendor Management: Working with vendors (hardware, software, mobile application) to perfect the content, improve compatibility and build strong vendor support

6. Sales: Driving exponential growth in sales (B2C and B2B)

7. Project Management: Managing end to end delivery of lab setup, demo, collection follow-up in collaboration with branch heads, vendors, in-house HODs

8. Customer Support: Building strong customer support team to troubleshoot issues at the branch level and improve customer satisfaction

Qualifications:

1. MBA from top 20 B-Schools in Sales & Marketing with 4+ years of experience in relevant field

2. Strong technical background - latest technology, softwares in Digital space
