- Responsible for top line and bottom line in General Trade & Modern Trade
- Planning, Budgeting & Delivering the Sales Targets
- Responsible for spends in the assigned channel
- Key Account Managementt - Develop customized solutions for Key Accounts. Directly manage major and critical developing client accounts, and coordinate the management of all other accounts.
- Trade Marketing Planning & Activation in the assigned channel
- Manage entire Sales team and ensure smooth functioning of the department
- Market and environmental scanning, advice on business trends and changes in the market place. Analyse market trends and behaviour to uncover new business and sales opportunities.
- Compile, analyze and present data on competition and the business environment.
- Manage Third Party Stakeholders & Promote positive relations with partners, vendors, and distributors.
- Developing processes and systems for enhancing efficiency in the Business through automation
- Analyse business potential, conceptualise and execute strategies to drive sales, augment turnover and achieve desired targets

- Identifying right partners and appointing them as distributors, setting budgets for them, pricing structure etc
